Mixed household waste treatment plant - Oudehaske

The recycling plant for mixed household waste in Oudehaske processes the waste of some 750,000 people/inhabitants. In this region packaging waste is collected commingled. To recover dry recyclables from the mixed household waste, separation steps had to be retrofitted in the different process lines. The plant is linked to a digestion process for the organic fraction.

HTP was assigned to provide engineering services for the plant and process modifications and performance testing.
